Est-El Developments’ owner and project manager, Stefano Tognarelli, understands home building. The son of a highly reputable and well-respected builder, you could say his intrinsic knowledge of the business runs through his blood.

Stefano brings with him 12 years experience in the homebuilding industry, working both extensively hands-on and behind the scenes, overseeing the entire construction process of over 200 homes and 10 subdivisions.

But what makes Stefano particularly unique is that he is highly skilled in every aspect of the construction process. Superior in his class and driven by integrity and the desire to deliver an unsurpassed home buying experience to every client, Stefano took his passion, enthusiasm and expertise to custom built homes.
